1. Scope
These terms apply to the use of Savelio and all its country sites. The operator is named in the legal notice.
2. The service
Savelio is a free price comparison. It shows prices of the same product in different stores so that you can compare them. Savelio does not sell anything: a purchase contract is only ever concluded between you and the store, on the store's terms.
3. Prices and information
Prices come from the community database Open Prices and from data supplied by stores. Each price shows the date when it was recorded. Prices, availability and product details may have changed since then and may differ between branches. The price at the store is always the one that applies. We do not guarantee that the information is correct, complete or up to date.
4. Order of offers and partner links
How offers are sorted and how Savelio earns money is explained on the page "How Savelio works". Some links to stores are partner links for which we may receive a commission; this does not change the price for you.
5. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are only liable for breaches of essential obligations and limited to typical, foreseeable damage. Otherwise our liability is excluded, as far as the law permits. We are not responsible for the content of linked websites and stores.
6. Rights to content
The design and texts of Savelio are protected. Price data from Open Prices is available under the Open Database License (ODbL); you may use it under that licence with attribution. Automated mass retrieval of the website is not permitted; please use the original data sources instead.
7. Final provisions
We may change these terms with effect for the future. The law of the operator's place of business applies; if you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live remain unaffected.
